PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Coordinated a review of the existing strategic plan and interviewed administration to outline project goals.  Authored Master Plan for AMANT campus and proposed a budget. Managed design process from concept through construction document phase to meet budget requirements. Managed selection of all consultants on the project. Issued monthly executive reports to the client.
