ALEX
HAMMERSCHLAG

Alex Hammerschlag has built his career on managing large and complex projects, including the Richard Meier On Grand Army Plaza, The Kimbell Art Museum Piano Pavilion and Grace Farms by SANAA. In these and other ground-up projects, Alex has overseen team selection of architects, engineers, and contractors, served as an effective budget administrator, and crafted and successfully managed complex schedules. A self-ascribed consensus builder, Alex differentiates himself by balancing clients’ visions, budgets, and operations and routinely resolving conflicts between plans and installation. His decade of experience includes multi-family residential, historic landmarked restoration, and legacy projects.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Lehigh University and previously worked for the Paratus Group in New York City.

Garett co-founded and successfully co-managed CG Northern Development, a high-end tenant finish-out general contractor,
which reached $5 million in annual revenue. In his ten years of construction experience, Garett has gained expertise in the areas of bidding, constructability, and people management. He partner’s with Pluto Consulting to offer his expertise in construction and understanding of constructable design.

Garett graduated from Texas Christian University Neeley School of Business in 2009 with a B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management and was president of the American Marketing Association from 2007-2009.
