PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Coordinated a review of existing strategic plan and interviewed administration to outline project goals. Authored Master Plan for the NYAF and proposed a budget. Managed renovation of two historic landmarked buildings, including restoration of stained-glass façade. Managed selection and design process to create brand and graphics for the NYAF restaurant Ted’s.
